How It Works

Weekly Strategy: Every 90-minute live session opens with a focused, direct lesson on that week's business topic.
Live Hot Seats: Weeks 2 through 5 feature two live hot seats per session. You will come prepared with a specific business challenge on your assigned date, and we will solve it collectively.
Strategic Q&A: The final two sessions shift entirely to open strategy. Questions are submitted in advance and answered live as a high-level group discussion.
Tangible Tools: Every week produces a functional asset, ensuring you leave with actual tools rather than just good ideas.

Week 01: The CEO Audit

Week 04: Sales and Conversion
Inquiries are great, but converting them into premium paying clients is what moves the needle. We will review and strengthen your entire sales pipeline, focusing on discovery calls that convert and proposal strategies that protect your value.
The Hot Seats: Two owners will step into the hot seats to run through their actual closing processes and learn how to handle objections without caving on price.

Week 05: Systems, Team, and Capacity
If you are the ultimate bottleneck in your own business, your growth has a strict ceiling. This session shifts to an open Q&A format focused entirely on building an ecosystem that can scale without burning you out. We will tackle SOPs, smart delegation, automation, and capacity planning.

Week 06: Your 90-Day CEO Roadmap
