The Decisions Keeping You Stuck Aren’t The Ones You Think
I watched an interview between Tony Robbins and Jay Shetty recently, and one thing really stuck with me.
Jay asked Tony what people should do when they feel stuck.
Tony's answer was simple. Make a decision.
The more I thought about it, the more I realized that what keeps most business owners stuck isn't a lack of knowledge.
It's fear.
Fear of raising your prices.
Fear of letting go of low-paying clients.
Fear of hiring before you feel ready.
Fear of investing in your business.
Fear of putting yourself out there.
Fear of saying no.
Fear of making the wrong decision.
So, you wait. You overthink. You convince yourself you need one more book, one more podcast, or one more sign that it's the right time.
Meanwhile, your business stays exactly where it is.
One of the most important decisions you can make isn't just deciding to move forward (although it is a big one).
It's deciding that you don't have to figure everything out on your own.
That might mean joining a community of business owners who understand what you're building.
It might mean working with a mentor or coach who's already solved the problems you're facing.
Or it might mean reaching out to someone you trust and asking for honest feedback instead of trying to carry every decision by yourself.
None of those things are shortcuts.
They're smart business decisions.
If you've been feeling stuck lately, maybe the answer isn't learning more.
Maybe it's making one decision you've been avoiding and choosing not to make it alone.
That's exactly why I created The Owner's Table.
It's a small group of 8 female event business owners who are ready to stop overthinking, start making better decisions, and grow alongside people who genuinely understand the challenges of building an event business.
Because building a business is hard enough. You shouldn't have to do it in isolation.
If you're ready to surround yourself with ambitious women who will challenge your thinking, support your growth, and hold you accountable, the waitlist is now open.
I'd love to have you join us.
